2.9.7 Android app just updated, 10 band PEQ working and all saved settings still intact.

Hope you can get it sorted. If not try raising a ticket with Wiim Support. They may be able to look at your device logs to diagnose the problem. There is also a new firmware for the Pro Plus which mentions fixes with various routers.

I understand now. I have tested the RCA analog connection too and the levels seem very similar to the Optical input with the line level set to 2Vrms. I (marginally) prefer the DAC in the 7000A though which incidentally is the same as the Ultra! Edit: I've just discovered the Input Sensitivity...

They're settings on the WiiM Device through the app. If you can't connect I'm unsure how you can change them. Is it possible to bypass the Deco network and connect your Pro Plus directly to your router with an ethernet cable. That should give you a stable connection at least so you can check the...

OK, I see. It looks like the input sensitivity on the line in of the 8000A is a lot lower than the 7000A (100mV v 870mV) would that account for me not noticing this when using RCA input?

I have a Netgear Orbi mesh network with a main router and 3 satellites and my Pro Plus is connected by ethernet to one of the satellites with no problems. I'm not familiar with the Deco X20 but can you connect the Pro Plus by ethernet cable? Edit: Looking at the Deco are you using Homeshield...

That's interesting, what Audiolab amp were you using? I've not found 2Vrms to be a problem with my 7000A through the Optical input.

Definitely an official release, I'm not on the Beta program. Still waiting for the app update, working fine otherwise.
