You're right. I missed that it was about the Wiim mini! Using chromecast from Plex(amp) is idd not gapless (because of chromecast). Doesn't bother me (yet). When I want an album to play gapless, I can just play the cd ;-).

Sorry, no idea about that. I (chrome)cast from the plex(amp) app to my Wiim pro.

Use the free Plex app (or the Plexamp app) to control the music on your NAS. Much better experience!

Plex server on my PC, plexamp on my tablet/phone to control everything and cast to Wiim Pro. Plexamp is awesome to use and scroll your library, worth the price of admission (you need a plex pass)! Their 'sonic similar' feat is superb. The Wiim home app sucks to browse your own library,sorry.

Another vote here. RP is awesome, but would be even more with metadata being displayed. Otherwise I always have to go and look on their site if there's something I'd like to explore more of...

You allready have plexamp?! With the Wiim Pro you can continue to just use our plexamp app for navigating and cast from within the plexamp app to the Wiim Pro. No need to use the Wiim home app for navigating!
