Macbook pro HDMI to Wiim Amp = no sound problem
The easiest way would be a 3.5mm to RCA stereo cable from your Mac to the RCA inputs on the WiiM amp. Alternatively a USB sound card with optical out will work keeping the signal path digital. HDMI Arc low volume vs high volume on everything else
Yes I have the same issue. Loud for streaming is 2-3 dots. I can only get what I would consider medium volume with HDMI even at maximum settings.- fiftysomethingguy
