Yeah, but they will obviously use recourse as set out by the Sales of Goods Directive. In the end Wiim has to pay. So it doesnt realy make a difference, except annoying the customer. ;-)

I use the same plugs. Wrap a bit of cloth around them and squeeze them with your fingers or with a wrench. Just a bit. Then, you can put them into the socket (might use a bit of pressure the first time). Was the same for my speakers and a loxje dac but it works fine.
