I only own 1 Wiim and one other Streamer. I did wonder if the account was the issue but no problem playing direct on my phone or the other streamer. Just feels like something getting stuck in the Wiim and needing a poke. Thank you the useful insight.
I have a similar issue to the above.
No problems using Spotify or Airplay but since yesterday when I use Tidal Connect it won't play.
I appear to connect to the Wiim Pro but play stops and pressing play on my iPhone does nothing

The room the Pro is in is problematic with more or less all devices, signal seems to go down at times but the Pro hasn’t dropped a beat yet. So I can certainly live with it. Just wondered if there is a firewall setting somewhere that can help.
This could be my issue. My WiFi mesh is Ethernet connected into the ISP router as is the Pro. Is there a way to overcome this that doesn’t require me to Ethernet the Pro into the Mesh network? (Would require some awkward cabling) Is it a firewall issue or simply that they are different networks?
