When i use that exact prompt the input changes to WIFI instead of intended optical.

i tried Optical and OPTICAL both without success. I found another thread on HDMI and thats why I knew it had to be in capitals.

Same issue over here. After creating the ticket WiiM replied there was an error with the remote. After going a bit back and forward they are sending a new unit. Unsure whether this is a new amp or new remote.
