I keep forgetting that the Wiim Hime app for Mac will only load once, try and run it again and it just bounces and bounces and bounces in the dock!! Left it running all day yesterday to catalogue and discover all my music on a network share, only to fall foils of the bouncing ball syndrome next...

Just another plug for HouseCurve (https://housecurve.com/) for those in the Apple universe, what’s more I think this little app could easily be Integrated into Wiim Home app (well easily for a developer that is! :))

That’s excellent news, they are doing their best and I whole heartedly support Qobuz - it will arrive when it does and I bet when it does Wiim will be one of the first to update their range 😎

My OS is too old, Big Sur, and that needs an Apple chip I think? I’m not a fan of the Wiim app, just holding out for Qobuz Connect I suppose… 👍

I read all that before and missed that bit! I wonder where the down sampling is performed - Mac OS or Qobuz? I suppose I could tell Qobuz to stream in 16/44.1 and then that would be server end, but even that sounds like it would get converted somewhere to 48Khz.
