You might want to consider using a mobile phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot. I think there may be some challenges but in theory both Wiims should be able would be able to connect to the hotspot and see each other across the hotspot Wi-Fi network

I would hazard a guess that is because Bubble UPnP is seeing them as UPnP/DLNA renderers

DLink DIR-505 does have a repeater mode and and reading the manual you can also disable DHCP even when using Router mode. I think the solution is in your hands and you don't need any extra equipment just some configuration changes of what you already have

Hi JirkaT, thanks for confirming. Can you ping the Wiim from your phone ? Given you have a different subnet for wifi I assume you are running the DLink DIR-505 in router mode so it has its own DHCP server managing the 192.168.10.x addresses. Is there a particular reason you are not running...

Hi, this is not an ethernet vs WiFi issue. Your phone is on a different subnet to your PC and Wiim. I would hazard a guess that your phone cannot see your PC either given your network configuration
