I already decided to replace my Denon AVR with WiiM amp when my WiiM Ultra arrives. Hate the Denon menu system from the 90's and all the weird things I keep finding don't work as required (think it was digital inputs going to zone2 or something). I'll use high quality 2.1 rather than an AVR...

In the first beta it was capped at 10db and I believe that was reduced to 6db in second beta (can't check that right now, may be 5). Not sure on your second question...afaik it's just a case on +or- up to 6db at 10 points across the spectrum.

Q2 lasts 3 months. Doesn't mean they announce on day 1 of Q2....could be June. These WiiM guys do an amazing job pumping out new software, I'm sure they are doing the best they can with hardware as well. As dangermouse says...we must be patient :)

@WiiM Support I've done beta testing as I've exhausted ways to make RC work for me and provided all feedback directly. Can my beta testing slot be given to someone else so they can test and ease that disappointment? :)

The digital USB output can feed preferred DAC/Amp combo's for headphone use. The "all in one" is missing headphone output.

Sorry for confusion, I was mixing up Low Pass Filter and LFE. LPF off is LFE mode active on SVS subs. Sorry about that.

Not used that particular sub but I would have thought HP filter is purely for a pass-thru feature it has (line-out). As experiment (as I'm not the world expert) I would suggest you switch off LFE mode on the sub, set phase to 0 and gain to what seems "reasonable" and then use the WiiM amp sub...

I used an SPL meter app to check it was working and it seemed fine. I think Brantome has the usb-c one, mine was headphone socket. I tapped it a bunch of time with SPL meter on and it seemed to respond as expected. I'll wait for the next beta version to check more stuff out. Cheers.

You have up to -15db of adjustment in the WiiM app subwoofer section. For me that almost turns off bass. Have you played with that one? EQ also allows -12db. In SVS app I generally leave gain at -10db which is default. Maybe post a few screenshots to show values?
