Out of sync issue

I have 1x wiim pro and 3x wiim minis in a playback group.

Streaming to the group on more than one occasion I've noticed 1 of the minis fades out for about 10-20 seconds and then fades back in but is out of sync with every other device. It's always the same device too. The others don't have this issue.

Any ideas what's going on and how I can rectify this?

Submit a ticket to Win thru the feedback section in the WiiM Home app so they can diagnose your issue.

Are you using a mesh network? There's a network setting to turn off wi-fi roaming in the wiim home app
