Wiim Pro cutting out with Bifrost 2/64

I have my Wiim Pro connected to my Bifrost 2/64 via the coax connection. Every 5 to 10 mins the song I am playing on Tidal will cut out for about 1 sec and then continue playing. Any idea what could be causing this? When I was using just the Wiim this never happened.

No idea. I thought about trying a bifrost... maybe I should be glad I didn't!
Does the same happen with optical?
Tidal connect? Tidal in wiim app? Chromecast?
Wifi or ethernet?

Is that for Tidal only?

Maybe Bifrost is a kind of reclocking DAC which uses buffers for that. If so, such things can happen periodically due to the clock discrepancies.
