I got my new Wiim pro to replace the defective one. In setup mode I am able to connect to my network but in the next part the phone can never find the device. The light is a very dim white. I get no sound using optical

I just checked and I think everything is set the way it should be.

I was installing a new component and had to move the Wiim. When it was all hooked up I had no sound. I did a fresh setup of the device but still no luck.

One of the settings on the amp was accidentally switched. I started pressing randomly on the remote and got it back. Thank you all for your help

Ok so I double checked Bluetooth and it was definitely paired to the Wiim. It seems that I have no sound at all from my device.

My error I am referring to the optical. I tried to pair my phone via bluetooth and also had no sound. I have been switching back and forth between connections and not change. No inputs give sound.

I use coaxial for my TV. I switched to Bluetooth to hook up my phone. When I switched back to coaxial there was no TV sound. Nothing has changed. I am using the Wiim pro plus. Any ideas?

I selected bluetooth mode in the app. When I went back to select optical for my TV watching I had no sound. Nothing else has changed. I think that maybe the light on the device in optical is different than before. I remember it being white now it has more tan in. Don't know what else I can do to...

That seems to have worked. Will that reset each time I leave the app? I guess I know how to fix it but I real pain to have to set it each time.

It's showed up but for some reason I can't pair the device to my tv

It's currently set to PCM. Can't change to don't as it needs an hdmi connection

I am using optical line from my tv. Hulu Amazon and Netflix have no sound except for previews. When I play the actual show no sound. Other apps like YouTube or Met opera have sound. Also in blue tooth mode I can't get the device to show up in my TV. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
