The WiiM Amp needs a headphone jack.

Turn the volume down before powering down the amp.

The WiiM is cheap music. If it saves you one album or CD per month you are saving money.

I let my WiiM devices do what they do.

How are you connected to the net? Wireless? If so how far to your router! If you are wireless move it to the router and use a cable. See if it works. And I never turn the power off on my WiiM devices.

I was pretty disgusted with the experience. I decided I will skip the Amp, and I just sent it back. It's WiiM's forrum, and I don't want to rock the boat. Let's just say I wasn't impressed. I actually think the Amp was defective. It could have been dropped...who knows. I do have three other...

I went through the same thing when the Amp first came out . The Amp hated my wifi, and if there is one thing I have is good wifi. My mesh wifi has no issues with any other device including three WiiM devices.

Easy to use and effective at no additional cost. It will be interesting.

I bet WiiM would like it better if you bought another WiiM.

Between Amazon and WiiM I believe you will end up with a satisfactory resolution.

Wifi disconnect would be the issue. There is no official power off. It just goes into stand bye.
