Put my PC to sleep (leaving the Pro connected to the internet), went away for a few hours and when I came back, the channels were reversed again. Did a reboot, rather than a factory reset, and it's back to the correct channels again. Hmm..

Submitted ticket and then did reset. Channels playing correctly now, so hopefully resolved..

I've noticed the same flipped channel issue via spdif for a while and my Pro is only a couple of weeks old, so it could have been like that from new. I'll try doing a factory reset on the unit later to see if it helps, assuming there is that option.

unable to ascertain what my wiim ip is. Is there any other way to check such as serial no of the unit?

Can you be more specific about how to check this?

The lastest firmware installed today, 4.8.530553, seems to have fixed the issue of the app defaulting to wifi input whenever you change an EQ setting. At least for me -)

Hey thanks ..Okay, good to know. The drop outs are admittedly a lot less than previously. Still, I'm interested in what might be causing them.

I reported a couple of problems to support, via the app, on 10th Sept but they seem to have given up responding completely, after their initial automated reply 1) when I click on EQ, which is enabled, and then attempt to change any parameter, the sound output immediately cuts out and I notice...
