I use Pro as a Chromecast device with Ethernet input and coax output.Volume regulation on the device page of WiiM Android app is far from be exponential (in other words, from be linear id decibel scale). It is both very unusual and unhandy.
Is it my experience only? What do you think?

Say, Spotify on the Android phone casts to WiiM Pro without problems permitting volume regulating with volume buttons. Some other apps (players, streaming services) just regulate media level on using volume buttons. I'd want them to be as smart as Spotify is in this area.

WiiM Pro is connected to LAN via Ethernet cable, and, say, HIFi Cast (being installed on Android device) does see (and play to) WiiM Pro as Chromecast device. But Spotify (being installed on the same device) doesn't. How to resolve the issue?
