Thanks! This is going to require some coffee, and patience :) I’ll likely be picking up a NAS this coming weekend, hopefully once I have it in my hands, it will become a tangible challenge to get resolved.

@d6jg Thanks! I’m looking at a Synology single drive unit. Inexpensive and I don’t need it for anything other than music, so only need the single drive. My back up is on my main computer :) Is there anything I need to do to the NAS/hard drive so the Wiim will see the files? And I’m guessing...

I have a similar issue also. Very disappointed, as by all accounts, I should be able to stream my iTunes library to the Wiim Pro over a WiFi network. When I try to connect to the Wiim in iTunes, it crashes immediately. I have opened a ticket with their Help center, which has been of no help...

Hi, Hopefully someone can help clarify. I have opened a ticket looking for help from their technical support. There has been no reply, and this was sent 10 or so days ago? All I see is a note next to my name saying "Awaiting your reply" in the Help section of their site. Well, I keep sending...
