Adding location and audio setup to user profiles

Hi, would be great if people could add their location and/or audio setup to their user profiles. Will be helpful when we're interacting to know where you're from and what kind of setup you have. Thanks!

Signatures are a area to list info about gear etc that other user can see.

Oh, you can see that, can you! I can't, so no idea others could.
Maybe I'll make it less flippant...

Is it maybe a setting I've not enabled somewhere? I don't see any such comments on anyone's posts, so either no one else has a signature or I've disabled seeing them somehow.
