[GUI] Hide volume bar when using fixed volume

I think the app's player GUI looks a bit messy still at the bottom, even more so with the volume level set to "fixed". Instead of showing the grayed-out volume bar with the text through it, maybe just show a small icon indicating volume control has been disabled or just hide the bar altogether. Also I think the playlist button could be moved down to sit next to the other buttons in the bottom row. :)

Latest app version has a locked symbol now viz.

It seems to be iOS only for now.

However, I feel that something is wrong with my WHA. 🤔

Sorry, I forgot to update.
Then I noticed that Spotify didn't show the track list...😅

For me it looks yet like Android only. In Android it shows this tiny lock symbol near the speaker symbol and iOS shows still "fixed" with the line through.
 
My updated droid app now shows a lock. Cool.
