May be one time or two from its birth

Two things.
I have had the update, but i can adjust Sample Rate Switch Latency in Audio Output, not Input as the rocket says

I looked at Pro and i saw that yesterday it updates to 4.8.518747. Of course no Rocket, can I assume that the features are the same as the Mini?
