I tested this with my Ultra and when enabling the toggle switch in the WHA settings, there was no warning that it would jump to full volume.
Obviously my amp was turned off at that moment, HOWEVER: I had not anticipated that...
@WiiM Team I'm loving the Ultra so far, but I can't believe after all these months nothing has changed about this "home screen".

As the title says: it would be nice to add support for CD playback from a simple generic USB CD drive. Additionally a way to rip the audio to any attached storage device would be a cool bonus. Retrieval/displaying of the artwork and metadata of the web even more so.
In case of an announcement of Hi-Fi quality during Spotify's Stream On event later today, would the WiiM range of devices technically support it directly?
Or is it possible an update for the Spotify Connect API will have to be implemented?

I think the app's player GUI looks a bit messy still at the bottom, even more so with the volume level set to "fixed". Instead of showing the grayed-out volume bar with the text through it, maybe just show a small icon indicating volume control has been disabled or just hide the bar altogether...
