Just to update the thread, the issue was with old ID tags. Updating to the latest version fixed the issue.

Thanks Mr Ee, Sounds like LMS isn't going to work whilst sing the WiiM app I can't see what the metadata files via minimserver on the Mac so not are what to change and keep. I think I am missing something about the functionality of minimserver
