Please restore previous behaviour for My Network-Streams

Since the last app update the input-form to enter a network stream is being displayed as a fixed item. Before that it would disappear when scrolling the list up. This was much better because now the viewport onto the list has become very small. It just makes no sense to enter a network address when one is browsing the list, because then the user most likely wants to navigate to a preset.
