Having purchased the WIIM Pro Plus and having been very happy to date with the performance I wanted to go ahead and purchase a WIIM Amp and I'm sure this too will receive the ROON Tested / ROON Ready Certification. My issue is that this unit does not feature a Line Out / Pre-Out.
I know that you are going to say it's made for passive speakers, and I get that. I have a few pairs, but I also have a few pairs of Powered Monitors.
So, I'd love the option to supply an RCA or Optical / Coax out from the WIIM Amp. This way the device is way more versatile. The Sub out is fantastic that there is now bass management. Pro-Plus could have used this. Also, the WIIM Amp could benefit from a 12V trigger too.
