Curious if anyone else has this issue? My MUTE button seems to have no effect when I'm transmitting through Bluetooth from my WiiM Pro to a Bluetooth speaker. The volume up and down works fine, but the MUTE button has no effect other than making the LED flash on the front.

YES, it was VERY HARD. You have to just slide it down somehow. Took me a bunch of tries! I put a small flat head screwdriver in the seam and gently pushed it down. Don't pry up, it slides off.

Just got my remote from Amazon, and I'm loving it. I can get rid of a few other remotes for my amp volume. Pairing was very simple and quick. Great remote.

Interesting.... Have you updated your app software? Are you on Apple or Android? I use an Android phone and an iPad that that standby control is on both. Maybe you need to update? Or reboot your streamer?

Hi, ever since the newest update, my status light on the WiiM Pro stays on constantly. I've set it to turn off after 30 seconds but it stays on all the time. Is there a new issue with this?
