I have a Harmony Hub here. AppleTV and the Samsung TV worked perfeclty....but WIIM not..so WIIM should enter or share their Bluetooth data with the Logitech Harmony Database.....

that was also my thought. wiim submitted without any really interest to get it correct. i've opened again a ticket at wiim and asked to correct it

Hi I've just found my old Logitech Harmony Ultimate Hub. Since I have a Samsung 32" The Frame as a display, AppleTV 4K 4th Gen and a WiiM Pro Plus I thought to get rid of 3 remotes.... Samsung and Apple: easy install....everything set up in the App. WiiM Pro Plus...what a mess....the Harmony...

just opened a ticket to wiim support.

with 3 apps...not funny at all

replace the 3 remotes below with only 1? appletv remote is for using with Roon TV Remote app Samsung remote is for my 32 inch The Frame which is used for showing up covers etc WiiM remote....you know I know that years ago I would use a Logitech Harmony for starting apps etc... Hoe about now?

Just thinking on: how does it work? How is WiiM "delivering" the firmware to all clients globally? First the US market, Canada and South America, Europe etc ? Only trying to understand..nothing special :)

i don't think they are working. They will have now a week to implement, update firmware...so maybe next weekend. I have other problems with ROON actually (lack of support for Google Nest Hub 2nd Gen to be used as a Display - 3 1/2 years talking about that)
