Hi

I've just found my old Logitech Harmony Ultimate Hub.
Since I have a Samsung 32" The Frame as a display, AppleTV 4K 4th Gen and a WiiM Pro Plus I thought to get rid of 3 remotes....

Samsung and Apple: easy install....everything set up in the App.
WiiM Pro Plus...what a mess....the Harmony App shows the correct WiiM Pro Plus (Yes,really!) but then it tells me, it's IR...

Has someone a workaround?

Best

P.S: I also wrote few weeks ago a ticket to WiiM...

I get the impression that someone has managed to submit some information to Logitech and get it in their device compatibility database (don’t know how tbh) but with no operational info.

As the WiiM remote is bluetooth, I would expect it would need WiiM themselves to work with Logitech much as Amazon did for their similar fire tv remotes. There’s been no sign of such activity so it’s safer to say Logitech Harmony remotes/ hub can’t currently integrate or replace WiiM remotes.

that was also my thought. wiim submitted without any really interest to get it correct.
i've opened again a ticket at wiim and asked to correct it

The BT codes would have to be supplied by Wiim I can control my fire tv and nvidia shield via bt from the Harmony Hub. Just tried to add the WPP and got this screen.

But a WiiM can be controlled by http api posts which I thought the Harmony can deal with?
Edit
Or is that facility only available on one of the later Harmony controllers?

Was it not the other way round - Harmony had an API that could be used by other systems to enquire about the hubs and devices they controlled? I didn’t think the hubs could use http APIs to control other devices. Plus wasn’t there a brouhaha a few years back when Logitech withdrew such an interface over privacy concerns?
