Hi there, can the Pro be configured to just output whatever is input? eg if i play 1 song on 16/44.1 and the out is automatically the same, the next song is 24/192 and the output automatically changes to match the input?

or if it cant now, is it likely to in the future?

If I understand your question correctly, the WiiM already does this. The digital audio output settings are for max allowable output.

Ahh i though it was specific, eg always upscaled to these settings, but sounds like you're saying, it will output whatever is sample on the input, but up to the settings in the app?

It will use original source resolution up to maximum set in Home app, and it will downsample if source resolution is higher.
