Loose Optical Port?

Anyone else find the Optical Port on their amp is extremely loose? I've tried two different cables.

Also, finding the volume level over spdif is extremely low compared to Bluetooth with the same volume settings.

Usually, the input sensitivity for spfif and Bluetooth connection are different. I cannot find the detailed specification online.

Is it the same with the supplied optical cable?

It was definitely looser than on other devices. However, it wasn too lose as in slipping out

Mine is scarily tight, on WiiM Pro. With the supplied cable. As I forced it in, when new, I hoped that the socket was anchored by more than some pcb solder pads. But it's not.

I just checked it now, for this post, and cannot pull the plug out!

Is it the same with the supplied optical cable?

With my unit its extreme tight. The supplied cable needs so much force that I stopped trying. Audioquest pearl fits much better
