Pro firmware update 4.8.606344 date 20240201

@Brantome does the app fail to reflect the visually in real time? I tried hopping between sources in the app and expected to see the slider switch between the source levels, but it shows the same
If you have the option toggled on in settings and aren’t using fixed volume output, you should see the volume slider set at the level you last used for each input. Just checked again on my Plus and it works fine

@Brantome hmm, odd. Everything up to date on my end and any volume change seems to be persistent across all inputs:
It's probably a bit buggy and doesn't seem to reflect the app's display right away.

After switching inputs, adjust the volume while playing audio. Once you have done this for all inputs, switch between them several times to make sure that the volume is remembered.

Also, it can't remember the volume of the Bluetooth input.

I noticed today my right and left channel had switched while I hadn't changed anything from my setup. I remember blaming it on my tube buffer earlier so I just switched around the cables. But today a watched a movie (sound via toslink input) and the sound effects didn't add up, so I played my test song for left right (Norwegian Wood by the Beatles) The voices should be on the right but they were on the left. So my guess is it was the WIIM all along that had the signal over optical switched around.
I experienced the exact same on the optical in (TV as source), a few times actually. Switching to another source and back to optical seemed to cure it each time. Looks like a bug.
There's a thread about that issue here. I submitted a ticket to Wiim about it and they are investigating it.

I have noticed that the volume change kicks in before the source switchover, at least for optical sensing. I was listening to a TIDAL track throughout the house today and began a youtube video on my PC (optical from pc>wiim, autosensing). The volume of the tidal track spiked and then the source switched over. Not a massive issue but was surprising and a potential issue if levels are far enough out of whack.

Has anyone else experienced this?
