I just wanted to say that I received my WiiM Amp just before Christmas, and have had a variety of small issues with it. The support from developers and community team have been INCREDIBLE!!

The newest firmware today solved like four of the issues I had tickets in for.

Since then I have also purchased a WiiM mini for my kitchen and it’s such a flawless experience for whole home audio.

Seriously top notch. I’m hoping you improve the UI of the iOS App and continue to add features to it.

I have been recommending this setup to everyone lately.

Thanks for being a company that actually seems to care.
