Aux out level recommendations

Not an issue, but a setup question. I created a ticket with WiiM, but thought I would ask the community. I have several WiiM mini's, each connected to different amps with different input sensitivities. One amp I currently use has an input sensitivity of 775mV, the other is 200mV. What should I set the WiiM Aux out level to and why? Looks like in the WiiM home app, I have 4 voltage options (rms): 2V, 1v, 800mV and 500mV. I assume there is a best practice, one that allows for good volume control, reduced distortion and noise, and perhaps is better/safer for the amp. Thanks!
