will Amazon music dolby atmos be supported in the future with WIIM Mini ?

Again, this is an Amazon issue, not WiiM’s.

Amazon music only supports Dolby/ Spatial Audio on iOS and android and can only cast to a very small number of speakers “such as the Echo Studio, Sony SRS-RA3000, and Sony SRS-RA5000.”
