It's for Mini. More frequent Mini updates than for Pro which surprises me a bit.

- Add audio format data in SPDIF output channel status
- Reduce Aux-in latency

Where do you see what you posted? I can't see what you posted from the Release Notes menu option in the app, for either mini nor pro.

I own two mini. One is updated to the firmware 20230101. The second one is impossible to update.
The main difference is that the updated one is able to be recognized at 24/192
my Edifier S3000 pro.
The oldest one is only working with 24/48.

You can force check for update, you can force update if a new one is available for your device, but you cannot force make the FW visible to your device if it's not yet visible. It's a queued process.I own two mini. One is updated to the firmware 20230101. The second one is impossible to update.
