Tidal desktop app does not see Wiim Pro

I just started Tidal, the Tidal app on my phone sees the Wiim but the desktop app does not. My desktop sees the Wiim just Tidal does not. I submitted a request with Tidal but I thought I would see if you guys here have a solution. I prefer to use my desktop to play music rather than my phone. I have the Wiim desktop app for windows (10) but it only sees the files on my PC and I don't believe it was ever designed for Tidal.

Maybe this could help, I don't exactly remember but in the beginning of my WiiM mini experience, if I'm not wrong, there was a relationship between Tidal app and the visibility from desktop. Maybe I was able to see WiiM while activating the app or maybe terminating it. Since I don't remember, you could try both situations
