12V trigger cable?

I heard that the pro's 12V trigger is 2.5mm. Is this cable OK?

And is the pro's trigger on/off working properly?

I bought a TP (Topping) RA3 amplifier and I'm going to connect it to a pro.

I have a 6' cable just like that from Amazon to trigger my Peachtree Carina amp. It works perfectly both to trigger the amp, but it also shuts down the amp when the WiiM auto off time is reached.
