AVP Modes Available for WiiM Pro

I just purchased a WiiM Pro and have connected it to my Anthem MRX 740 amp via a TOSLink optical connection. The amp is only allowing me to select 2-speaker stereo mode. Is this normal. I though I would be able to select 7-channel stereo, Dolby Surround, Atmos, etc. Is there a configuration setting that I've missed somewhere?

Where have you seen anything in WiiM’s advertising or specs suggesting that those modes are supported?

I think WiiM can only output PCM 2ch. If your amp has Dolby Surround, you may be able to upmix.

I haven't that is why I am asking the question. Thought I may have missed it.

No, you haven’t missed anything - the WiiM Pro only outputs two channel stereo. If you can’t then select other modes on your AVR, that’s an issue with it, not the WiiM.
