Did tvOS 17.4 or latest WiiM firmware break Airplay?

Hello,

am I the only one unable to Airplay from my Apple TV to my WiiM Amp any more?

Tried everything, in vain.

Issue appeared upon updating both tvOS and WiiM Amp firmware at same time.

Was working perfectly before for months.

Perhaps coincidental, but since a couple of days I am also unable to connect my Linux computer to the Amp via Airplay. Just like you, both the Amp and the computer were updated the same evening, and the next day the Amp no longer even shows up as an Airplay device on my computer.

I assumed it was the computer, but maybe it's the Amp after all.

You brought me luck, found a way to unstuck the situation. I airplayed from a completely different device to the WiiM Amp, and now the Apple TV connects to the WiiM amp too.

I finally figured out my issue as well, apparently the update made the default firewall settings a bit too strict. I had to re-enable network access for Airplay and now it works again!
