iMac Airplay doesn't see Wiim mini

I have an M1 iMac Ventura - and its airplay won't see or play to the Wiim mini - it will play other music sources through the Wiim app - but not Apple Music. I've restarted everything a number of times, I've enabled IPv6 (was already on), and I'm connected via WiFi - any ideas?
BTW - hitting 'feedback' in the app kills it...thanks
