New WiiM amp does not turn on

Today I received the wiim amp, I connected the speakers and the power cable and the amplifier does not turn on, no LED lights on nor does the application find it. Is there any additional test I can do, have I received damaged equipment?

If you're not even getting the power button, then it does sound like a faulty unit. Does pressing the power or play button on the remote do anything?

I'd contact your retailer and request a replacement

Make sure the power cord is push all way in. When I connect the power cord on mine it won’t power up but found out the power cord wasnt push all the way.

Yes, and I also plugged it in directly and it doesn't turn on.

Reset function..30 seconds holding the play pause button?

Look if you connected the cable insert in the amp deep enough..push it good in.
