Pro keeps rebooting

Hi my wiim Pro keeps rebooting everytime I try to play a new song/ album. Tried a hard reboot, restore factory settings/ reinstalled app still to no avail. Will occasionally play a song but as soon as I skip or select another track the unit reboots. Driving me crazy. Please help.
