Spotify Connect Broken

Similarly, I had such a problem. I also understood that Ip6 was turned off.

Spotify stopped sound mid-song. Can't get any sound for Spotify now. Spotify plays on other devices, just not WiiM. Other sources play fine through the WiiM. Screen shows it is playing, but no sound. I've tried connecting from spotify and also using WiiM to connect to Spotify. No sound.

I had the same exact issue…. Been racking my brain trying to figure it out! Turned off IP6, now back to normal. ThX

Under your device’s wifi/network settings in the Wiim home app

Meanwhile, please go to WiiM Home App, select the Device tab > Tap the device setting gear icon > Network Status > Turn off the IPv6 option on this page. Thank you!
