Sweep During Internet Radio

Sometimes I get a sweep while listening to Internet Radio. It is very short l, a second or half, and is layered over the music. Anybody have the same?

A "sweep" is a simple, synthetic audio signal, that covers a frequency range. This one sounds like it would not be the full 20Hz to 20KHz but somewhere in between.

Thanks, I was able to find a description before you replied.
I've been listening to radio streams for awhile now via a variety of apps and devices and have not heard this on any of them including my Wiim's.
Which device and option are you hearing it on?

I hear it when listening to Internet Radio. It might happen on this stream only: https://vps.cbad.fr:8443/fip But maybe also on other streams. That escapes me, right now.

I opened the link provided and listened. I heard nothing out of the ordinary.

Happens irregularly. Can take hours or days to appear. But thanks for checking out.
