There is nothing underneath this.

Not for me. It gave me the options "Upgrade" or "Not now".

Mine just seemed to update itself with a note saying it had done so, but no option not to

I hit "Not now" mostly for the fun of it. Or more precisely, if I could start the update from the device settings page.

I could and I did, immediately.

Over at the ASR forum somebody just complained about the update not being applied when the Amp is in standby. Impossible to suit everyone, I guess.

Previous update I said not now and later I went back later, and it had installed.
Looks like it can install in standby or at any time.
