Hey,

I own an Mini and it behaves strange, where I guess it’s broken.

I don’t know for sure, yet on my other Mini i saw that it performed a update during nighttime.
The one in question did since this day not work anymore. No connection nothing.
So, I performed an factory reset while holding the play button over 10 seconds.
So far so good, assistant does find the “new” device and sets wifi credentials.
Then the Mini LED stays green and I can not connect, or see it or whatsoever…
Wifi is checked, everything is checked, did it for several times… no Idea what to do anymore.

Does someone has an idea / proposal?

A solid green LED indicates "Bluetooth connecting." Maybe the time to press the button was too long.

I’m wondering why it goes there after a factory reset and set up by the app?
That’s why my guess is that something in the update process went wrong.

My Mini is fine, so perhaps the update is not relevant. I think it's likely to be an inherent issue.

Submit a ticket to support through the WiiM app.
