Ethernet connection SPDF to audio device will only play audio to right channel if a reverse the audio it switches to the left 92kh 24 bit passes with same problem tried all setting and right channnel only ? updated to latest firmware with setup looking for balance controls in setup and I can not find any. What should I try next?

I just replaced the cable that came with it with the one I was using and no difference.Different cable
ProMini or pro? If pro, does coax work ok?
Is optical plugged in properly at both ends?
Does aux / line out do this too?
I didn't understand "if a reverse the audio" - reverse where/how?

On my integrated amp I can reverse left and right channels and when I do that It switches to sound on left but none on right. If I switch it to mono bothe speakers have mono sound.
Not the Ethernet cable. The cable used between Pro and Audio deviceTried changing the eithernet cable no difference either. I submited a ticket maybe damaged in shipping??

I am replacing another streamer that was working with both channels using the same input on my stereo. I will try putting the older streamer back and see if both channels get sound tomorow. Gotta get ready for night shift now thanks for the help!!If you have a different input on audio device try that.
As you have tried 2 cables you need to determine which end the problem lies. You could have a fault WiiM output socket or a faulty Audio Device input socket
