All three alarms I set on the Pro worked just fine. The three alarms were set after 2, 3, and 4 hours, respectively, when the input switched to Line-in and the Pro's LED lit green.

In your case, there may be a problem with your device, app settings, or network.

I don't know if this is related to your problem, but you should also make sure that the settings in "WHA Device Settings > Speaker info > Audio prompts Laungage" match your country.

Uninstall the app
Restart your router
These are also worth trying.

All 3 alarms failed - so strange. I’ll open a ticket if all else fails with the troubleshooting.

Both options worked (currently): 1) Alarm Clock to play a radio station for 1 minute duration; and 2) Alexa Routine to play a radio station for 1 minute. I’ll keep both active for awhile to see if they continue to work.

To close the loop on this, the only option working for me consistently is: 2) Alexa Routine to play something for 1 minute duration. Weird that the device’s built-in alarm clock just doesn’t work reliably (for me anyways).
