Which connection is the best for sound quality?
Amplifier + wiim pro plus
Coax
Optical
RCA

Only you can decide that - the rest of your kit, speakers, room acoustics, preferences, ears and brain are different from everyone else’s. Try each of them, decide for yourself and ignore any assertions that A is better than B.

So really is not a big difference even if amplifier don't have a DAC built in?

If the amp has digital coax or optical inputs, then it will have a DAC so it can convert a digital stream to analogue audio to drive your speakers.

And I didn’t say whether there is a big difference or not, that’s for you alone to decide.

If you use the Pro Plus coax or optical output, you’re bypassing the Pro Plus’ DAC and passing the task of doing the digital to analogue conversion to the amp. If you use the Pro Plus RCA outputs, its DAC has already done that conversion so the amp’s DAC doesn’t need to do that again.

As I say, try all the combinations and decide yourself which sounds better to you - nobody can tell you what you personally hear. Hi fi is very subjective despite what some might claim.
