Sounds like a preview mode where you aren't actually using a signed up account.

Same happens when I play my own tracks, so are you saying if on a 30 day trial is what is causing problem

Edit. Ok, I have not seen your remark that in the Qobuz app it is working.
Strange, Qobuz and WiiM are here celebrating their first wedding day without any hassle from first day..
