Wiim Mini an Devialet Phantom I and Tidal

This is my setup
Pair of Devialet Phantom I speakers. It has Ethernet port and Optical.
iPhone 13 with Tidal Masters Quality subscription
Wiim Mini which just arrived today

What I want to happen
To be able to stream from Tidal 24bits/192khz to the Devialet Phantom I
How do I do this?

1)I assume I will use Toslink to connect Wiim Mini and Devialet Phantom I together. Now, how do I send Hi-Fi music from my Tidal app in iphone to the speaker in 24bits/192khz? Bluetooth?
2) Since I have 2 Phantom I speaker and Wiim mini (or pro) only has 1 optical output, can I use an optical splitter and not affect the stream quality?

Are your Phantom set up in stereo mode? If yes - you only need the optical cable into one of them.
