Volume no as it’s a DAP and your controlling the hardware analogue volume of the head amp it doesn’t have any other eq to apply but if it did it would show up.
Or it would not, as looks like it's up to the device maker if such kind of the feedback to the Roon is provided.

I read it a little differently and I have had a number of Roon Ready devices and all have declared stuff like this.

How does the WiiM Pro behave? I’d be really surprised if nothing has been said about its behaviour in the past six months it’s been certified if it’s doing the same.

Perhaps after setting the WiiM to Roon Ready and use it with Roon, the DSP, PEQ and other settings do not work and are default?

On Digital and Analog outputs?

As I’ve already said, if it was required then I’m surprised Roon didn’t pick it up in certification.
Anyway, let’s see what WiiM and perhaps Roon say…

Is the new WiiM Pro Plus manual available now - containing the latest firmware changes, including "Roon Ready"?

The manual doesn’t include firmware changes, you’ll find them (eventually, there’s always a delay in it being updated ) in the release notes page

Doesn’t matter what output you use it’s engaged for all source inputs.
